Gooding’s North Canyon Medical Center Update

Board members took a tour of the soon to be open North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding this morning.    With the ribbon cutting coming up on February 12th, it is all but complete with most of the equipment , artwork, and furnishings in place.    What an impressive facility!  Administration is to be congratulated for a great job.  The public will be able to take tours on February 12th following the 2 PM ribbon cutting and again on February 13th.  After public tours are complete the process of sterilization will begin to prepare the facility for its opening on March 2, 2010.  If you can’t attend the public tours, here are a few pictures to show you what to expect.

Gooding Hospital Progress Report

Construction of the North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding, Idaho is 90% complete on on schedule for the February 12, 2010 ribbon cutting and March 2, 2010 opening.  Completion of flooring is in progress, with final coat of paint being applied in some areas.  Kitchen equipment is in place, and the two reception desks are installed.  Exterior construction is substantially complete with the landscaping completed and flag pole to be installed.  The residents and medical providers of Gooding County and the surrounding area are anticipating the completion of their new hospital and the enhanced “quality healthcare, close to home” that we be available.

North Canyon Hospital Progress

The construction of North Canyon Hospital in Gooding, Idaho is on schedule for ribbon cutting in February 2010.  This new facility will be a great asset to Gooding County and the surrounding area with the availability of surgery, and a more speciality diciplines offered.   They are putting on doors, doing tile work, and starting the landscaping.  Parking lot asphalt is also complete.
