Youth Pheasant Hunting Exerience in Southern Idaho

It is great to hear about the efforts of the Idaho Fish and Game to provide youth with opportunities for their first hunt.   I like to see our license fees put to such a good use. The experience was highlighted in a story written by Brittnay Cooper published in the October 4, 2009 Times News.  “There’s nothing like being outdoors in the fall for a hunting opportunity. For many local children this was their first experience.  The Fish and Game provided a youth pheasant hunt experience today in the wildlife management area at Niagara Springs. The weather stayed pleasant and the trek was beautiful as you could see the springs coming out of the canyon.”   Video tells about the experience.
